Every session is thirty minutes. That's it. Thirty minutes to be heard, to breathe, and to tend to your spirit.
This is pastoral care, not therapy. Beth listens to your thoughts and stories, asks questions, and walks alongside you spiritually. Sessions conclude with either prayer or affirmation — whichever feels right to you.
We talk
You choose the topics. You set the direction. Beth listens without judgment.
We explore
Beth asks questions, meets you where you are, and addresses your spiritual concerns.
We close
Every session ends with prayer or affirmation — your choice, always.
